Sales and Marketing Intern plays a pivotal role in assisting the team in developing the business plan and strategy. This dynamic role offers hands-on experience in both sales and marketing, providing a comprehensive understanding of how to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and execute plans to achieve business objectives. Job Description: Research and evaluate market opportunities Source demand and supply for potential products Evaluate customer needs and insights Ability to work effectively and cooperatively in a team Create an overall marketing and sales strategy and plan for the existing product Compose day-to-day reports to management Requirements: Based in São Paulo, Brazil Fluent in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken. Other languages will be a plus. Students or Fresh Graduate from reputable universities who are currently finishing their Bachelors'/ Master's degree in Business and/or Chemistry related major (e.g. Master of Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Management, International Business, Chemistry) Confident and commercially aware individual with the ability to negotiate, present and communicate effectively Comfortable working Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to do basic data analytics skills Ability to take and lead creative initiatives to penetrate new markets Ability to work with minimum supervision A target-driven individual equipped with the ability to maintain a positive mental attitude Familiarity with international trade is a bonus
